Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how OOTD handles information when you use the service.

Information you provide

We may store account information such as your email address, display name, username, optional mobile number, closet photos and item details, saved and planned outfits, calendar entries, trips, friend connections, privacy choices, theme choices, weather preferences, and reminder settings.

Location and weather

When you choose a weather or trip location, OOTD may store the location name and related coordinates or time-zone information so it can retrieve relevant weather. OOTD does not need continuous background location access for this feature.

Photos and sharing

Photos you upload are used to provide your digital closet and outfit features. When you intentionally share an outfit, friend link, or shareable outfit card, information included in that share can be seen by its recipients. Your friend-outfit privacy setting controls whether accepted friends can see eligible upcoming outfits.

Email reminders

If you opt in to weekly email reminders, OOTD may use your reminder email address, selected reminder day and time, and time zone to send the reminders you requested. Email reminders are optional and can be disabled at any time in your account settings.

Service providers

OOTD uses service providers to operate features such as hosting, authentication, data storage, weather information, and—when enabled—email delivery. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

Data choices and security

You can change many profile, privacy, weather, and reminder settings inside OOTD. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If account deletion is not yet available in your account screen, contact the site operator to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Children

OOTD is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as OOTD changes. A revised effective date will be shown here when material updates are made.

Using OOTD

You may use OOTD for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for your account, the information you submit, and activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, outfit information, and other content you submit. You give OOTD permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, including sharing features you intentionally activate.

Friends and sharing

You control whether to send friend links or share outfits. Information you share with other people can be copied or reshared by recipients, so only share content you are comfortable sending.

Weather and recommendations

Weather, clothing suggestions, packing suggestions, affirmations, and other recommendations are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment when making plans.

Weekly email reminders are optional and require your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You may turn reminders off in account settings. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed.

Availability and changes

OOTD may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Account action

Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. You may stop using OOTD at any time.

Updates

These terms may be revised as OOTD evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
